APPEARANCE | Hinata has short, blue-ish colored hair that is kept short in a hime-cut style with two chin-length strands that frame her delicate face. Her eyes are, just like every other member from her clan, empty. They are almost colorless except from a little lavender tint they have sometimes thanks to the light source. Also is worth mentioning that she is usually seen with a timid and nervous expression.

Her body is simply average. She is not underweight nor is she chubby she is just normal leaning more to skinny.

While at home she uses the traditional Hyuga garb, which consists of loose fitting clothing with fishnet underneath. While on missions or for the day-to-day routine she is usually seen wearing a cream colored jacket with fire symbols on each upper sleeve and fur around the cuff and hem of the jacket. She also wears navy blue pants and a shinobi pocket so save her weaponry.

Another choice of clothing she wears a lot consists of a soft- blue button-up shirt which long sleeves and simple black pants and blue ninja sandals which she uses just to be around the village.

It should also be noted that Hinata wears her ninja headband on her neck and not on her forehead like the traditional way.


PERSONALITY | Hinata's main personality trait would probably be her shyness (especially around Naruto Uzumaki), Hinata is always seen with a weak smile and a blush showing her shy demeanor to others which can be seen as a flaw for many. She is nearly always playing with her fingers nervously and she usually avoids eye contact unless is totally necessary.

She sometimes has problems when talking, repeating some letters or sounds. Hinata rarely speaks if she is not spoken to first and will try to avoid talking unless she knows the other person. She can be get to talk a little bit more and be more open about her thoughts, but it all depends on who is she talking with.

She is considered weak by her clan and she herself started to believe it. She is trying to change herself thanks to Uzumaki Naruto a boy which she has seen around the village training. She knows people also believe he is weak, but he is fighting to prove them wrong so now she wants to do it too.

Hinata is emotionally destroyed because of what her father and clan think about her. She has developed low self-esteem and feels like she is worse than everyone else and thinking they are way ahead of her and that everyone is superior when compared to her. She dislikes being compared to her sister whom her clan, mostly her father love to take as a point of comparison.

Since very little Hinata has always wanted to be kind like her mother and strong like her father. The later one has been a difficult task for her but she still wants to improve that aspect.

Deep down there’s something brave about Hinata that many do not pick up. It’s like an special thing she has, she has this willingness to show it someday and show that deep down she is actually a fighter.

The Hyuga girl is also fairly intelligent. She knows a lot when it comes to ninja world, but not strategy-wise but more like bookworm-like intelligence. She would do well on most kind of written test.

Another aspect of the young shinobi is that for the girl her friends are the most precious things ever, they are like gems or treasures and even if she sometimes is too shy to say it she attaches fast to people and would hate to see any of her friends getting hurt.

Hinata was born within the Hyuga clan, being the oldest daughter of Hiashi Hyuga she was assumed instantly to be a prodigy, they dictated that one day she would be his successor and be in-charge of the clan as its leader. Being the heiress of such renamed clan was not by any means easy; actually it was a difficult, painful and heavy title, at least for Hinata.

The title made her the target of many ninja thanks to her Byakugan not being sealed. She was once captured by ninja from Kumogakure but her father killed the kidnapper and was able to set her free. Actually thanks to her kidnapper getting killed Hiashi, her father, was almost killed too but Neji's father, Hizashi, took his place instead.

Besides that, she had to undergo a hard and harsh training with her father. Hiashi wanted the best of her daughters to be the heiress, he needed the best and only the best heir to take his place one day, but Hinata lacked the dive to be violent. She was really bad at fighting and her father did not understand why. Her training sessions were just a complete disaster, getting just worse with time. Hinata was deemed then,as a lost cause and simply as the family underdog, a black sheep. She was called useless by the clan and was given to Kurenai to train her as the clan hardly needed anything from her, mostly because Hanabi had full filled the heiress role and spot perfectly and as she had beaten Hinata several times at training. Hinata then joined team 8 or the also called, team Kurenai.

Actually going back to the day she was stripped from the rights to be the hairess,that same day she was given to Kurenai is something Hinata will never forget. She could hear everything they were saying even if they didn’t know it. She heard her own father basically telling the kunoichi that his own daughter (not her sister, but herself) was useless. While this did hurt and left a deep scar on Hinata this made her make up her own vision which was to get better with time. Hinata found hope on Kurenai and quickly attached to her, as she was one of those people who actually had trust on her.
