Hello, my name is Resonate! and I shall be reviewing your techniques today.
Overall these techniques look very well written and I like them, frankly I'm tempted to make a character for this clan if possible but I'm getting ahead of myself.
My first point is that techniques with multiple ranks should either be split up and modified according to their corresponding rank or the appropriate rank should be given to the technique overall. As a result, I have missed these techniques out of my review until they are subsequently fixed.
Hayai Ryuu [Swift Dragon]I am very impressed by how this technique is explained however, there is one thing. I can see this technique being used by people from a standstill similar to the Shunshin no Jutsu, so putting in an explanation that this technique requires forward momentum would flesh it out a little more.
Also, the fact that this can be used in air would require a whole different technique pertaining to Fuuton chakra, due to the fact that it would require a solid platform to jump from, which would require some sort of manipulation of the air.
Ryuu Danmaku [Dragon Barrage]I'd suggest bumping this up to C-rank because this level of movement seems rather similar to something achieved with the Eight Gates. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it's anywhere near that level, just the idea of this technique at D-rank doesn't really sit right with me.
Doragon no Gekido [Dragon's Rage]Again with this technique I believe it should be upped to C-rank, simply because of the trail cutting power of the technique. Also, you mentioned that the technique is a very short burst of power and yet the chakra trail seems to contradict this.
Garyuu [Dragon Fang]I sound a little like a broken record here but this really has to be C-rank. At most D-ranks should span about 10 metres from the target and to have cutting power on the level that you're talking about here in addition to the range would certain be C-rank material. Also, could you add in dimensions for the wave itself, or is it based on the sword used. Speaking of which, the fact that this is a cutting technique again lends itself to Fuuton chakra, so i suggest having that be the element of this technique and removing the no element thing. It'd probably also be a good idea to split up the Kenjutsu part of this technique and the Taijutsu part and make them separate techniques.
Doragon O Tochuu De Torae Masu [Intercepting Dragon]Ok, for this technique to block ninjutsu of any type or element I'm afraid is going to have to be a no-go. To try to do that with the user's own chakra without something to aid in their viewing of how the chakra is actually formed [Byakugan, Sharingan etc.] then this technique really wouldn't work in this way and even if that were somehow worked around, the colliding chakra would most likely cause an explosion. If I am somehow reading it wrong, I still believe it should be upped to B-rank, because this would require a hell of a lot of chakra control and frankly I believe B-rank is being a little bit generous for this kind of technique.
However, I do have a way for it to work on Taijutsu techniques. What I suggest is for the chakra coating to, when struck with physical force, dissipate the force along the body, thus softening the impact somewhat. Thus, if one were to strike the user and they were to catch the kick it would feel like little more than a rubber toy hammer. It is up to you if you with this suggestion.
I'm sorry if I somehow read the technique wrong or missed something in my mind but I am currently reviewing these at 2AM so... yeah.
Omoigakenai Ryuu [Unforeseen Dragon]Does this technique increase the radius of the strike in question or is it still focused on the surface area of the attacking appendage? If the former is true what are the dimensions of the dragon arm? Does it surround the entire appendage?
Musan Ryuu [Vanishing Dragon]This needs to have some sort of basis in Genjutsu if it's dealing with any sort of illusion whatsoever and as a result requires some sort of activation point [eye contact, smell, touch, hearing etc.]. Also, increasing the power and speed of the kunai or shuriken is a whole different technique entirely and should thus be split up.
Ryuu Orikku [Dragon Trick]Again this needs to be increased slightly to C-rank, due to the fact that it has the power to shatter bone. Bone itself is a very flexible material and can absorb shock very well so a technique that has the power to break it should really be C-rank, further enhanced by the fact that one of the knives is chakra enhanced. Furthermore, please explain how the chakra being forced into the knife increases the potency of the knife itself. Surely, focusing the chakra into the muscles would have more effect, plus throwing projectiles usually isn't so much strength and is more the way it is thrown and the aerodynamics of the thing thrown.

Ok, thus ends my initial review. Again my apologies if I have read anything wrong or made any spelling/punctuation errors, as I am currently reviewing these at 2AM.
I feel I must also stress the point that just because I have posted a rather lengthy review, I do not dislike these techniques. In fact, I believe there are very well written and very well implemented.
Thank you for your time,
