Hmmm... Let me start by making sure you're aware that Sealing jutsu are incredibly intricate. They are ery difficult to learn, and simply the ability to write in seals is a C-rank Technique. Any Fuuinjutsu with any purpose should be at least a C-rank technique. Kansei Han (Trap Seal) B-rank please Yakke Han (Jacket Seal) Blocking techniques based off of ranks is a very slippery slope. Different taijutsu attacks attack differently. Some use power, some use speed, some use even a gentle touch. You can't really block based off of rank. Please edit by simply saying that you summon iron to protect yourself. Any attacks that can break through iron would then be able to attack you. Torakkingu Han (Tracking Seal) Being able to apply a seal based off of touch is at least B-ranked. Especially since it can be done so stealthfully. Given that she isn't a sensor, this also wouldn't really be possible. You can make this more plausible by maybe having some object or something which will point in the direction of the seal's location sort of like a compass. Thus, you'd be able to follow them. If you want this technique to be a C-rank level technique, you could use a parchment or tag as a medium rather than applying the seal directly onto the target. Hanauta Tori Han (Humming Bird Seal) B-rank. Also remove the reference to post length (three posts). We trust you to be reasonable. That being said, you should be able to maintain control over the bird so long as you are focusing on it. This also means that you are unable to use other jutsu while exerting control over it (and are therefore somewhat vulnerable). So don't really worry that the technique will be too overpowered if there are not post counts. If the mechanics behind the jutsu are right, it won't be overpowered.
If you want this technique to be of the C-rank level, either remove the explosion of weapons portion or the exploding nature.

There, it has been edited. I also added the canon jutsu "Generic Sealing Technique". That one is not a personal jutsu, but I figured since you said fuuinjutsu was a complex art, it should be a specific jutsu that requires a slot in their jutsu listing.

Nah, don't worry about the canon one. I may add it to the index then.
